- 2 tsp Shao Xing Wine
- 2 tsp Rice Vinegar
- ¼ tsp Dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp Chilli oil with chilli flakes, see details in note
- 2 tsp Saccharide
- ¼ tsp Corn starch
